light hoppy simple pale ale. Light body, refreshing. This is really a show case for the Sorachi hop and I think it delivers in that sense and it well executed, but nothing super memorable.

Draught at the Keyaki Hiroba Autumn Festival 2012. Cloudy peach-orange color with frothy lace. Sorachi Ace nose, wood, oak, peaches, warm baked bread. Soft Sorachi flavor, bready malts, butter, oak, very bitter finish. Very nice stuff. Works well.
