Tap at the brewery bar. Cloudy orange colour, creamy beige fluffy head. Aroma sweet and fruity, floral, bit of strawberry and plums too naturally. Taste is lovely. Very fruity, soft and sweet plum taste. Hint of orange too, and floral. Just a touch of bitterness. Very soft in mouth. Very nice.

Draught at the Keyaki Hiroba Autumn Festival 2012. Cloudy peach-gold color, fine head. Nose of ume, wheat, cream. Dry, sour ume flavor, with honey, bread, nice balance. Works well. Nicely tart. Smooth and creamy. Another solid fruit beer from Zakkoku!
