Draught at the NYS Wine and Culinary Center. Grainy, malty nose. Grassy noble hops. Gold with a nice head. Crisp, crackery pilsner malt flavor with a pepper bitter finish and, unfortunately, more than a touch of DMS. Seems like they need to work this out.
