Bottled 330ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb as Bink Winterbinkske. Dark amber/brownish coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, malty and light spicy nose. Sweet malty, spicy, caramel, bit sugary and nutty with some alcohol in the finish.

Bottle. Very dark brown with a good inch of stable beige head. Aroma of dark and singed sugars, coffee, some liquorice. Some roasty flavours as well as singed sugars in the taste. It's pretty sweet but the roasty flavours and firmish bitterness combine to balance things. Not subtle, but fun.

Bottle. Color: Still Very dark brown, almost black, beige head. Aroma: Roasted malt, mocha, coffee. Little hints of Juniper. Taste: Roasted malt, caramel, some coffee, hints of licorice. Hoppy backbone, Just over medium body, just below average carbonation. Thin and weak compared with Winterbinkske Grand Cru. No need to try this version again, go for the Grand Cru!

33cl bottle. A clear deep reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of caramelized dark malt, riped fruits, raisins. Taste of moderate sweet strong dark caramelized malt, raisins, plums, liquorice, slightly boozy.
