Our winter beer is a dark and heartwarming beer with a full pure, slightly sweet taste and long soft bittery aftertaste. The ingredients are: seven types of malt (including rolled oats), two types of Belgian hops, brewing water and yeast. This is the ideal beer to make a cold and chilly winter evening cosy.

Dark redbrown color. Cherry aroma. Malty cherry flavor. Just a touch of roasted malt. Upcoming sourness. Bitter finish.

From the bottle. Brown with a thin, frothy head. Aroma is predominantly toast and somewhat charred. Hints of caramel. Taste is sweet, malty, full of caramel, toffee, nuts, and an underlying berry tanginess. Body medium, carbonation is balanced. A pleasure.

Draught @ Albion. Murky dark brown with very small frothy off-white head that disappeared quickly, fruity aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter taste with prunes, dark fruits, alcohol undertones, caramel malt; thin body, long finish. Nice fruity brew.
