Belgian-style ‘wit-bier’ or white ale has a light wheat base and is typically spiced with coriander and citrus peel. For a unique twist, we add rose petals as well. Manifesto Wit is pale straw-colored and slightly hazy in appearance, with invigorating citrus, floral, and spice aromatics. The light body and subtle sweetness of this beer accentuate the peppery flavor produced by the yeast. These lively flavors, combined with the slight tartness in the finish, create a crisp and refreshing experience. It’s sunshine in a glass!

Bomber from Beverages 4 Less in Santee, CA. Pours translucent light gold with a fizzy/creamy white head. Aroma is primarily mild citrus with some light spice. Near med body. Flavor is very citrus, with light spice, but there’s something sweet/fruit as well. It’s much tastier and much more drinkable than many wits. It goes down like the easiest thing in the world. It tastes good. This is a beer for an afternoon at the lake. Really - I suggest you enjoy this one.

Draught at the brewpub. Dusty, dry wheat nose. Pale yellow color. Sweet, fruits, passion fruit and peach, then ends dry. A bit strange.
