750ml bottle from the lcbo online store. Pours a murky brown pour, and a large off white almost beige head. Aroma is soft and sweet cherries. Pie spices, nutmeg and cardamon, a lovely cherry pie. Mouth feel is full, carb is soft. Finish is sweet, bready, slightly tart, lots of cherries an soft pie spices. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised.

Bottle pour shared by WillRunForBeer--thanks, Brian! It's a maple syrup brown with nice sparkle ring of beige head and no lacing. Aroma is strong tart and sweet fruit. Taste is tart fruit with wood. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, well crafted with decent strength and fullness. Totally not my style.

Pulls good elements of both a Flemish red and a Kriek. You get the vinegar sour with woody barrel notes without being overwhelming, which happens often enough in a Red. The cherry notes are a bit more subdued, more dried rather than juicy. A well done mashup. Finishes oddly enough with some banana notes. Worth the try.

After visiting this brewery last year on a fluke and loving it... I was quite glad to see this bottle at the LCBO. Pours a cloudy copper colour with a frothy beige head. This one looks fizzy at first and thinking it will go down fast. But no. Decent retention and a little foam lacing. Fruity red ale malt aromas with some sourness and wood notes. The sour notes show a little more in the taste, but not crazy like most Wild Ale-Brett. Just nicely balanced with the cherries which are even milder. Just a touch of tart in the mouthfeel. A nice blended sweetness from the cherries lingers. This is another great product from this amazing little gem in the middle of nowhere. Keep them coming to the LCBO.

Pours hazy maroon into a tulip. White head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Cherry and oak aromas. Tart with cherry and dark pit fruit upfront turning slightly watery before the dry oak in the lasting finish.

A ruby red with milky character and a thin white head. In aroma, loads of sour cherry notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, some acetic and nice buttery notes, grapeskin, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart cherry with cave character, musty yet sweet, light mineral and Brett, very nice for a beer that’s close to 3 years old. 573\1500.

Bottle - Cherry and tons of nice cheesy funk. Hazy red copper with a decent white head. Tart cherry, light acidic and some nice funk. Maraschino cherry with the sour acid is very nice.

Bottle from Tom10101Aroma is fairly fruity with quite a bit of cherries. Faint Brett barnyard funk. Low oak character with a hint of acidity. Pours a slightly cloudy red with a hint of brown and a slightly pink head that slowly but steadily recedes. Faint lacing and fainter legs.Flavor is very tart and acidic, but a clean lactic acidity. Very fruity with lots of cherry character. Light barnyard funk with a touch of Brett fruitiness. Very dry finish but also with a touch of sweetness. A touch of a red raspberry character as well. A bit of a cherry candy flavor in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low acidic astringency with low alcohol warmth.Overall a very nice fruity beer. Lots of acidity, but it could use more Brett character to balance the fruitiness and tartness. Tastes rather similar to a young kriek, but not quite as funky. Very enjoyable.
