Bouteille 341ml. 934/1500, embouteillée en mai 2012. Couleur rouge teintée de rose légèrement trouble, mousse rosée disparaissant rapidement en laissant un anneau. Arôme vineux, boisé, funk, cerise, vanille légère. Goût vineux, bonne acidité, fruits rouges sûrets, funk fin de bouche, cerise arrière-goût, légère astringence. Carbonation moyenne, corps moyen-dense, grande buvabilité. Excellente.

12 oz. bottle, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks Dany), pours an opaque bright ruby red with a small white head. Aroma of wild, tart red berries, moderate funk, and wild yeast notes. Flavour is quite tart and dry, with completely unsweetened sour cherries, low-to-moderate funk, low acidity, and a bit of wild yeast. Extremely dry, with no sugar left unattenuated. Very drinkable, dry sour. Great stuff.

Bottle 534/1500 via a trade. Pours with a strawberry hued body with a small white head. Aromas are strongly of berries, strawberry, cherry, bready, balsamic, vanilla, wood, jammy. Flavors are of strawberries and cherries, wood, sour, low acetic acid. Jammy, brown sugar. Medium tannins, lively bubbles, dry. Very nice!

12oz bottle #736/1500-shared @dmac’s by dmac-dissipating offwhite head with trailing lace-amber. A-sour cherry, wood, med malt with some sweet. T-tart/sour cherry, vinegar, wood, med malt with some sweet/toasty, some earthy.

Bouteille 341ml (901/1500). De couleur rouge-cuivrée et claire. Nez de levures fruitées légèrement aigres (cerises sûres, notes d’autres petits fruits rouges) et sauvages (notes terreuses), moyennement boisé (fût de chêne), léger de vanille avec des notes herbeuses, épicées (cannelle piquante) et de biscuits. Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux faibles notes crémeuses. Goût de levures fruitées léger-moyen aigres (cerises sûres, léger de framboises, traces d’autres petits fruits), sauvages et très légèrement épicées (cannelle douce, traces de coriandre) accompagné d’un moyen goût boisé (fût de chêne) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un léger goût de vanille avec des notes de pain mouillé et quelques traces de biscuits puis en finale l’on retrouve des notes fruitées avec une légère recrudescence d’aigreur fruitée. Post-goût moyen-long et aux notes asséchantes, moyen-léger aigre de fruits (moût de cerises) aux petites notes piquantes avec un léger goût boisé.

Bottle: Poured a reddish color ale with a medium size light pink head with average retention and light lacing. Aroma consists of tart notes with some oak and sour cherries flavour. Taste is also a mix between some oak with some tart notes and some light sour cherries notes also noticeable. The acidic notes are very much subdued which makes this beer very drinkable. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Maybe a tad overpriced but I would probably buy again nonetheless.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a sour tart fruity cherry aroma. Smooth fruity sour tart cherry flavor. Has a fruity sour tart cherry finish.

34.1 cL bottle, #534/1500. Pours hazy amber with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity, tart, spiced and citric. Dry, tart, fruity and light spiced. Fruity and light spiced into a citric finish.

Bottled at Woodshop 7. Big strawberry and dust nose with yogurt. Pinkish brown color. Semi-sweet flavor with creamy vanilla yogurt and very nice berries. Excellent.
