Draught at JCBF 2012. Very smokey umami-filled nose, chocolate, bacon, and wood. Sweet chocolate and smoke flavor—nice balance. A bit thin in the mouth, but smooth and nice. Tasty, with a nice roasty finish. Very smoky for a Japanese beer.
