Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ “Vini Birre Ribelli 2015”. Hazy citrus golden with a small white head. Nose is interesting floral, minty USA hops, light yeast. Taste is light yeast, floral, minty USA hops, hay, zesty,… Body is lightly yeasty. Overall a true USA-style Pale Ale, not too dissimilar from the likes of Kernel. A great start from this new Brussels brewery about whom I cannot find any information at the moment. Enigmatic.
