Clean amber with a medium head. Aroma of citrus grains. Flavour is soft sweet bitter, dry grains on the base, long bitter finish.

Dorée/orange, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est sur une approche classique et bien ficelée de bitter - houblonné finement herbacé, rétro sur d'agréables effluves de mats/grains concassés.
Palais est plaisant sur le malté, fine amertume avec une onctuosité crémeuse en bouche. Le tout est assez sec avec une petite pointe poivrée du houblon noble. Le tout est ponctué par une fine note citronnée. Franchement aucune idée que ce bitter contient de l'Ekuanot.

Cask at Southampton Arms. Golden yellow colour with no head. Very low carbonation and medium bodied. Aroma is a bit ginger biscuit/cake/cookie dough, and with a slight fruitiness, maybe cherry. Taste is quite bread malty, little bit sweet with a slight spicy tingle. Finish is subtley bitter. Quite filling in the mouth. Not what I expected at all. Very nice.

From cask at Marble Arch, Manchester, 30.11.17. 4,2 % ABV. Clear golden. Dense and persistent bright white head and lacing. Refreshing and balanced aroma and taste of pale malt and fine English hops. Excellently quaffable! Smooth mouthfeel.

Bottle at The Dock Bar outside the BBC in Salford. High bitterness ale with the look of a cloudy apple drink, no head.

Cask at The Marble Arch Inn, Manchester 20.01.11 Pours gold with a nice white head and good clarity. Probably unfair to rate this having just had a Chocolate Dubble and Utility Special however it still shone despite needing a few gulps before I started to get into it. Nice session beer, good thrusty bitterness, lovely buzzy hops, tasty and easy drinking session beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7
