On tap. Pours a dark amber color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy ginger aroma. Sweet fruity ginger flavor.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy red brown colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is quite malty, faintly vinous. High carbonation. Very late and very faint ginger note, burns very slightly.

Tap at the brewpub. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, ginger notes, malt, hops and sugar.
