Canned, 250 ml as Efes Xtra Shot. Shared with JFK10000, Miro B and Max. Clear golden, short lasting white head. Malty, some caramel, corn?, sweet, warming. Medium bodied. Not a complete disaster I was hoping for.

Can from somewhere around the hotel. Pours clear gold with quickly diminishing head. Sweet malts on a nose. Tastes boozy, sweetish, marzipan, more booze. Actually better than expected, never again though.

At a tasting, thanks, fizzy quickly dissapearing head, clear quite deep yellow color, aroma of paper, candy and vanila, sweet and heavy ,almost undrinkable with lots of alcohol coming through. Yuck.

50cl can in Niamey, Niger. Dorée, col blanc épais retombant vite. Arôme renforce l’effet de sucré avec un rétro-nasal centré dans sa grosse majorité sur les grains concassés. Palais met de suite en avant les 9% avec une petite pointe de chaleur. Le tout garde pas mal du profil sucré qui rappelle une peu le sucre de canne et un aspect caramélisé pas forcément mauvais pour ce qui se trouve ici. Un peu d’amertume sur la fin, râpeux aux dents virant sur le métallique.

Positively foul. This beer puts regular Efes to shame, and that’s saying something since when I was younger in Turkey I couldn’t drink more than two of those things before yakking. The best thing is you can buy it in a 6oz can so you don’t have to swallow the whole dam thing. Chemically malt and venemous herbal hops substitute. Looked kind of piss yellow when I spit the first sip out on the street in Istanbul. I guess there was so some foam as well. I should have suspected the liquor guy’s evil grin at the beer stall on thr street side and just ordered a Raki or something. Foul taste stayed with me until I ordered a Bomonti.

Can (Efes Xtra Shot) from a corner-shop in Lefkoşa, Occupied Turkish North of Cyprus 🇹🇷. Sweetish grainy aroma. Alcohol, sticky, dried fruit on a very alcoholic basis. Interesting sticky. Strange stuff, but not too bad.

Can. A golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of caramel, alcohol, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, and caramel, leading to a dry finish.
