On tap at the source. Pours with a completely clear golden to copper body with a small white head that fades to a ring. Aromas are toasty, grainy, caramel, estery and lightly hoppy. Flavors are sweet, caramel, toasty, fruit esters, light hop flavors. Malty, basic. Medium bubbles, medium body, somewhat dry finish despite the sweet malt flavors up front.

Draft. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and hops. The flavor is sweet and rather malty with delicate notes of hops and a light note of caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

On tap @ the brewpub. Pours clear deep gold with white head. The aroma is modest and carrying tangelo to apricot – mango hops, some floral notes and a background of sweet malts. The taste is smooth and pretty mild with a pleasing pulse of both floral to spicy hops and smooth sweet malts. It has ample hop bitterness moving midway and to the finish with floral and tangelo hops. Wow. Super smooth brew. Tastes and feels like 5% ABV.

As Titanium Pale Ale (7.4%) on draft at the brewpub. Light floral aroma. Amber color with a minimal off-white head. Medium body with light carbonation. LIght caramel flavor with light hop. Lots of flowery aspects though. Finish is less than dry, and it is not all that bitter.

(On tap) Claimed to be 7.4% ABV. Clear, amber golden with an off-white head. Discreet aroma of caramel. Rather full-bodied and malty with some caramel. A very potent alcohol is really showing here with a dry bitterness in the finish. Somewhat alcoholic in a not too pleasant malt liquorish way. 200307

Draft. Rich amber with a big off-white head. Low aroma - some malt. Some citrus hops to go with the malt which comes out as a musty caramel. Medium-full bodied.
