Gluten Free and non pasteurized beer with swing top Bottle. Piwo swietnie nagazowane dymiące gesta i trwala spora piana. Zapach stajni, obory, trochę mlynu. Smak zbożowo i intensywnie slodowe ale ta slodowosc jest zupełnie inna. Taka swojska piwniczna slodowosc. Smakuje zepsuta sliwka i gruszka. Sporo miodowego smaku, syropu klonowego. Lekka gorycz także wyczuwalna ale dominuje ta wiejska slodowosc. Rodzinny browar z tradycjami uwazyl bezglutenowe piwo. Do tego swietnie wygląda mętne z drobinkami osadu jakby oleiste było, cos jak metna oliwa z oliwek.

Clear pale yellow beer, big aery fizzy white head, little stable, adhesive. Aroma: bit sweet, malty, grains, fruity notes, some honey. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, pretty sourish, bitter, dry, grassy, bit of alcohol. Aftertaste: sourish, lemony, dry and bitter, fruity touch still, some malts and grains, chemical bitterness, bit metallic.

Ein glutenfreies Bier zu finden ist schon einmal nicht leicht, in Tschechien noch schwerer...aber auch noch eines zu finden, dass zumindest trinkbar ist, ist fast unmöglich. Das Bernard ist keine Spezialität, aber sollte man glutenfreies Bier benötigen, so kann ich es schon empfehlen.

Bottle from random supermarket in Brno. Aroma is quite simple, barley mash, light Saaz hops. Taste is mostly malty, pilsener. Again simple, but good. Sort of raw, like wort, but not unpleasant. Very drinkable.
