accompanied by the taste of citrus fruits, nutmeg, vanilla, banana, which ends in a slightly sour refreshing taste of lemons. This beer that has to be bleary and sour. It has a very subtle bitterness and a straw-yellow color. And it´s brewed on site in FABRIKA the beer pub.

Pours cloudy pale yellow with a lasting, small, frothy, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of clove, nutmeg, white bread, yeast, lemon zest, yellow apple, wheat, faint banana. It tastes light malty sweet, a bit fruity & bready, and light to medium spicy bitter; wheaty sour back, lemony even. Dryish, wheaty, slightly sour finish, faintly peppery, yeasty too. Medium body, watery/soapy texture, soft carbonation. Quite promising in aroma, falls a bit short in taste.

On tap at Fabrika, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a large white head. Aroma brings out light banana, some clove and light fruity esters. Flavour is along the same lines, with banana, clove and some citrus. Quite a lot of fruity esters here. Not a fan.

Auch ein Weizenbier gibt es aus der Brauerei. Dieses ist matt-trüb-gelblich. Geschmacklich hat es aber auch nicht viel zu bieten. Es ist säuerlich und schmeckt einfach nur dünn und langweilig.

F: snow white, creamy, big, long lasting. C: yellowish, light hazy. A: wheat, banana, spicy, cloves, citrus, hint of vanilla. T: this is a big surprise here as generally Weizen is not my thing but this is for me better than Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier but I am sure that Germans would argue :) wheat, citrus, banana, cloves, light floral, light to medium body, medium carbonation, very good balanced according the style, enjoyed, 0,3l from tap at Fabrika the beer pub.

On tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy pale yellow coloured, medium sized white head, mild wheaty nose. Wheaty, light yeasty, touch of banana and cloves with also some spices in the finish. Weizen by the book, pleasant but a bit watery.

Keg at Fabrika, Bratislava. Almost clear pale golden, mid sized head. Mild bready banana aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Banana with notes of bubblegum. Low bitterness.

Draught @ Fabrika the beer pub, Bratislava, Slovak Replublic. Pours Slightly hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, light sweet fruit. Flavor is sweet, a bit Thin, wheat, yeast, little fruit, banana, bubblegum. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 130816

On tap at Fabrika, Bratislava. Hazy pale yellow with a large, white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma with banana, wheat, cloves and hints of citrus.
