Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Rotem. Hazy orange. Oxidized aroma of cardboard, malt, caramel and a bit of honey. Sweet oxidized flavor with caramel, honey, a bit of overripe fruits and cardboard. Light to medium-bodied.

Mildly tasty dark bock beer. Has some sweet roasted malt and fruity tones. Decent, nothing more.

Bottle brought home by my wife from visit to Switzerland. Beer pours a somewhat hazy, amber colour with a decent sized off-white head. Sweet caramel, hoppy aroma. Medium bodied, average/soft carbonation, fruit/malt finish with a lingering bitter aftertaste.

Bardzo przypadło mi do gustu to piwo szwajcarskie, aromatyczne, rubinowe z ładną pianą i rozgrzewającym finiszem. Orginalny posmak, czuć końską derkę. A do tego wszysko zrobione z ekologicznych składników.

33cl bottle from COOP, Moudon. BB 31/08/2012. Odd bottling and BB dates on these beers, appears they only give you about three months to drink their beers.

Bottle (Danke nach Kreuzlingen!): Hazy, amber coloured, lots of floaties visible, medium-sized - sloly collapsing - off-white fluffy head; sweetish-caramelly nose with a light, but distinctive hoppy background;; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; sweet-malty finish with a subtle fruitiness and a light bitter aftertaste. A tasty brew, no doubt.........

(33cl bottle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Hazy, amber to chestnut brown colour with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Sweet caramel-malty nose with a touch of molasses and subtle beet-fruity notes. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malt-accented taste with notes of caramel, molasses and a touch of sugar beet; sweet malty finish with caramel and a tinge of hoppy bitterness. Likeable Steinbier-Bock (20.VII.09).
