Thanks Alex for this beer that you bought it at Chiasso. Best before 08/24, drinking it yesterday at night, preparing the meal for today, rainy and good option before the Imperial stout, basical one, a pale ale, helles on the Swiss way, light, watery, mineral, light malt, not so bitter for a pale ale, a good option at the lake or in Mexico

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Wenn man endlich mal durch den Schaum zur Flüssigkeit vorgedrungen ist: Etwas eindimensional bitter, metallisch.

La helles pale ale bottle 5.2 bbe 8/17 oro carico filo velata schiuma media non molto persistente un filo lievito lieve notaagrumata non molto secca ed amara

F: big, white, average retention. C: yellowish, light hazy. A: malty, grassy, floral, herbal, green leaves, yeast. T: malt, grassy bitterness, yeasty, herbal, light citrus, coriander, orange peels, medium body, good carbonation, not bad, 33cl bottle in shopping centre Serfontana in Morbio Inferiore in Switzerland.

Bottle from a Coop somewhere in the Mesocco Valley. A very light Helles: Barely recognizable hops and malt, rather has the tartness and acidity of a simple cider. Dirty corny malt in the nose besides that, but really almost water. Ugly.
