F: pale brown, not long lasting. C: amber/copper/brown, little hazy. A: malt, caramel, white sugar sweetness. T: mostly malt, caramel, toffee, sweet raisins, hint of hops and alcohol, medium to full body, low carbonation, for me good beer for this style.

Kolor ciemnobursztynowy, brunatny. Piana biała, dość drobna, przyzwoicie koronkuje. Aromat niezbyt mocny, słodowy, lekki karmel, alkohol. W smaku karmel, lekko opiekane słody, dość spora goryczka i niestety sporo też alkoholu. Wysycenie w normie, brakuje nieco pełni, zwłaszcza jak na podwójnego koźlaka. Niestety zawiodłem się na nim, po Manufakturze można było oczekiwać czegoś lepszego.

Many thanks for this beer to Grzesiek79. Aroma: lots of caramel and malt. More of the same in the taste: very sweet, caramel, toffee.

Medium, darker cream-coloured head over veiled amber-brown beer. Caramel, bit nutty (chestnut?), maltsyrup, sweet. Again first tad nutty, but then pure liquorice, turning into roasted drop. Biterish hint but mainly syrupy sweet. Chocolate with fondanticing sugar. Medium bodied, but definitely (too) thinnish for a Doppelbock. Well-carbonated. Dubious. Many thanks to Aga!
