Tap at the brewpub. Poured a clear dark copper colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, biscuit dough, light floral woody hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a smooth, grainy, biscuit, aromatic, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
