Chocolate, Honey, Vanilla, Caramel, all the things we love on our pancakes on a Sunday Morning, so why not take those flavours and turn them into a beer we asked? So we did. Using fresh honey supplied by Central Goldfields Honey in Castlemaine, this Porter is best drunk in front of a warm open fire on a Sunday morning.

A sumptuous porter with some nice citrus kick. Aromas of chocolate, caramel, coffee, chicory, honey and toast. There's a challenging lemon flavour in the mouth which gives it an extra dimension. I love it.

Tap at the Catfish, Melbourne. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, coffee, chocolate. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, slightly oily, chocolate, liqouirce, light lactose vanilla palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.
