Tap at the brewpub. Pale blond colour, slightly cloudy, white creamy head. Aroma is small amount of creaminess, touch of lemon and funk, lots of grain. Taste is similar, very nice sourness, but solid and grainy too. Almost gueuze like hint of mustiness. Really good and interesting. Finish is slightly sour and solidly malty. Refreshing and very drinkable. A winner!
