Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Clear, golden colour with a thin, white head. Peat aroma with smoke, bretts, tart fruits, wheat malts, some wooden notes. Rather messy, not very harmonic. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a slick texture. Finishes with peat and tart fruits. In my opinion a really bad mixture of styles. A peated lambic.. tsk...

Botteld. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of peated smoke, wheat, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet wheat, salt, peated smoke, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.

75cl bottle bought at the brewery. Looks really, really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Fine fruity-sourish aroma. Starts sourish and dry, intense but not too aggressive, fine fruity notes of lemon and grapefruit. More and more spicy-sourish with herbal notes, reminds me of sorrel. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. A masterpiece! Wonder how it will taste in some years.
