Keyaki. Mmm. Nice. Dry, wheaty with a slight sweetness. Little bit of citrus. Very crisp. Easy drinking. High on grain. Good quencher.

3-4 ounces as part of the beer sampler at Chateau Kamiya’s La Terrace restaurant. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of lemon lime, herbs, light spice. Tastes of herbs, lemon lime citrus, cloves, spice. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Deep golden color. Orange peels, ginger and a bit of coriander. Malty, moderately dry, OK balance. Just kinda straight down the middle. Certainly not bad, but nothing exciting at all.
