Tap at Craft Islington. Wow, lots of caramel, not so much coffee, but it's lingering. Liquid Mars bar. Further down the coffee comes out more. Pretty nice

On tap @ Pingvinen. This one has a dark amber or I'll almost call it bronze brown colored body. On top there's a small beigeish islandy head leaving small dots down the glass. Not an extreme nose. I get subtly tones of nuts and cold coffee. Mildly roasted, there's a little bit of unwanted cardboard detected here but it's not too disturbing really. It doesn't really taste any good this. Super cardboardy and paper dry. Not sure about the abv on this, but it's really thin and near watery in the mouth with a soft prickling carbonation level. Buttery also in the taste. Other than that it has a dark malty mild roastiness. Toasted nuts and a little bit of cabbage. Hopefully just bad, eehm, pour?11.09.2015

Mørk brun med høyt fluffy beige skum. Lukter sjokolade, trevirke og brent toast. Middels fylde. Smaker nøtter, kaffe, toast og mokka. Kort noe salte nøtter i avsluttningen.

330ml bottle from EuroSpar Tomasjord. A patchy layer over a cloudy, orange-brown coloured body. Minimal lacing. Roasted brown malty nose, coffee, bread and caramel. Cold coffee grounds upfront in a flavour profile that also includes moments of bread and caramel and some bitterness from berries towards the finish. Soft in the mouth. Satisfying (Tromsø 03.01.2016).

330 ml bottle. Almost clear amber body with a dense beige head. Nice aroma of coffee, malt and caramel. Flavor is sweet roasted malt with caramel and some coffee. Medium body and sweet malt and some coffee in aftertaste as well. A bit straight forward brown ale with coffee flavor, miss some depth here. Aroma is nice but the flavor dont live up to that.

On tap at Bergen Ølfestival. A lightly unclear brown beer with a dense, off-white head. Dark malts, chocolate and a nice piney, citrusy hoppyness in the aroma. There’s a good bitterness in the flavor, nutty and lightly chocolatey, with cocoa, dark malts, pine cones and some citrus notes. Full to medium bodied and nicely carbonated, with a long finish. Easy drinkable, tasteful and pleasant. 150905

Bottle on board Fridtjofen 22.11.15. Muddy brown. Quickly diminishing beige head. No lacing. Aroma of coffee, dark chocolate and dark malt. Similar taste. Moderate bitterness. A bit waterish, but with good drinkability.
