Tap at Gremlin. Interesting. Soft and low carb. Taste is little sweet, fruity, peach, yoghurt, light citrus sourness. Aroma is fruity with a touch of grain. Nice stuff.

Tap at the Mikkeller AJB tap-takeover in Tokyo. Hazy gold with a pillowy white head that lingers. Peppery nose with a nice yeast quality. Very saison-like. Average carbonation and silky smooth on the palate. Slightly sweet, but more European than American. Some peppery notes on the finish with a touch of dryness. Very enjoyable, yet one-dimensional saison.
