750ml bottle. Cloudy yellow pour, with a huge white head. Aroma is very woody, and funky. Lots of white wine, and vinous acidity. Aromas of stone fruit, yeast, and citrus fruit. Mouth feel and body are effervescent, and quite active. Finish is woody, hints of vanilla, lots of acidity, and some funk at the end. Complex and quite pleasant.

Slight haze, medium head. Lots of brett on the nose, along with sweet malts. Moderate bitterness, lots of brett. Sweet, slightly biscuity malts. Really nice balance, easy-drinking and complex.

Bottle from Denman Wine and Spirits, Vancouver
Hazy golden color, compact head. The aroma is spicy, funky, with a note of wood and lemon zest. The mouthfeel is bone dry; the malts are not spectacular, the spicy note is nice, probably with some coriander; it has a very light vinous note that seems to intrude rather than complete the profile. The final is a bit too astringent. More harsh than complex.
Very good, although I expected more from this one.
