Tap at Craftheads event. The one I was looking forward to. Aroma is good. Initially cheesy then moves towards brett and citrus. Taste is a little disappointing but still very nice. Bit of wood, touch of cardboard too though. Sourness is subdued, bit creamy. Nice but somehow not quite as exciting as I hoped.

Aroma is full brett, nice cider, applesauce, leather and horse sweat. Has also this acidic tang to it, deep and enjoyable. Amazing nose. Taste is also sour, ver buttery, full taste. Feels old, maybe nose was hinting for a bit more but this is still great.

Frothy white head. Dry sour, tart nose with oak, brett, white wine, yeasty nose. Fantastic. The mouth isn’t as dry as I hoped, but decent oakiness with some funkiness, but a bit too heavy. Malty finish with some oak.
