Cloud Cover, a wheat lager, is the first in our Kai Tak Series of small batch brews from our “pilot" brewery. Weighing in at 5.1% ABV with just a shade under 20 IBUs, this golden, slightly cloudy, and highly quaffable brew features a healthy dose of wheat malt, light hoppiness from the late addition of Falconer's Flight hops, a proprietary blend of American aroma hops, and a crisp finish from our house Pilsner yeast.
