A completely unexpected, but very welcome rating - which I'd missed stupidly at Moeder Lambic 7 years ago and managed to keep on missing for years after. On tap at Lya, because of course it would be! 5.3%. Hazy golden body, traces of foam. Fresh, clean herbal-bretty-funky aroma, bitterish. Brett-driven taste, hrbal and lightly citric, lovely balance, so damn drinkable. Excellent!

On tap, 't Brugs Beertje, Bruges - Pours a clear yellow colour with a small white head that settled. Aroma is tart with some grapefruit, cider vinegar and woody notes. A good balance of tart sourness and light sweet flavours, grapefruit and vinegar notes and some bitterness in a dry finish.
