Sample at the Shelton Festival. Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a big, frothy, beige head. The aroma is leather, honey, cloves, white sugar, and hay. Sweet and funky, with light bitterness. Light body, with a sharp, grainy, mildly acidic mouthfeel. This is a quality gueuze.
