0.33l bottle. This is a cloudy dark chest-brown-orange beer with a nice and lasting beige dense head. It has a nice yeasty and sourish tone in the aroma mixed with both wood, vinegar, fried fruits and ripe berries. It has a lively carbonation level with a thin oily mouthfeel. First a bit old, woody, sweet and almost dusty flavors - it continues light sour with lots of white-wine vinegar before it ends with more wood and dust. Yeah, a nice one, but nothing extraordinary I guess.

Schon ok.. /8/8/7//7

Draught at Borefts 2011. Weak fruity citric note. Cloudy orange brown colour. Almost no head. The flavour is citric, lactic and fruity. Dry finish from the acid, a bit like Berliner Weisse, but less.

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival @ De Molen, Bodegraven. Hazy red / brown color, small white lacing. Smell sour, lightly musty. Taste sour, but also mild somehow. Decent carbonation, low to medium body.

Dolciastra, fruttata, acidula, incredibilmente gustosa e morbidissima. Corpo medio, consistenza oleosa, carbonazione soft. Una birra fantastica.
