Bottle. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Nose/taste of oak, diluted cherry vinegar, mixed nuts and wild yeast. Finishes mildly tart and very woody. Medium body.

Draft from Bir&Fud, courtesy of Manuele, grazie signore! Cloudy brown, tan head and lacing. Aroma starts hoppy, then sour, then summer fruits. Taste is sour apricot, peach, vanilla. Very nice.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a bubbly orangey head. The aroma lemon, caramel, and spices as well as light notes of vinegar. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, and brettanomyces, as well as lighter notes of malt and caramel, leading to lightly tart finish.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is caramelish and slight fruity. Mild citric. Fruity and subdued caramelish. Mild lacto and fruity into a dry finish.

Bottle @ Domus Birrae, Rome. Pours unclear orange with a small creamy lasting head. Nose is tart and earthy. Some cellar notes. Dry, crisp and oaky flavor with a good tart bite. Refreshing!

Bottle 750ml.Unclear hazy medium to dark grey amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, wood, berry notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Bottle 37,5 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Pours a cloudy and opaque almost muddy brown with a creamy off-white head leaving a dense lacework. Dry, lightly tart nose with some wood. Light body, again tart with a whiff of barnyard and again wood. Dry and lightly tart finish. Very interesting. 020610
