750ml bottle. Cloudy pink-ish amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, pink-ish off-white head. Intense, sweet-ish raspberry aroma. Taste is initially dry, malty, later with notes of raspberry, moderately sweet, minimally tart, dry hints close to lingonberry.

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland Saturday Session 2 - 01/03/14. Hazed orange with reddish hues topped by a moderately sized off white covering. Nose carries a big raspberry blast, sugars, straw, raspberry syrup. Taste comprises raspberry sherbet, berry fruit yoghurt, straw, raspberry syrup, tangy berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but a little 1D, not one I’d revisit.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours an unclear, pinkish dark golden body under a small, white head. The aroma has a solid dose of raspberry, with a light caramel touch. Some herbal hints and yeast notes. The flavor has the same raspberry label, a tad too much I think. Some herbal hints too. Medium to full on the palate, quite dry, with a pleasant carbonation level. Raspberry finish. Way too one dimensional this one, not much going on besides raspberry. 140301
