Tap as "Brewfist / Freigeist Galaxy" @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, wheat, spices, orange peel, peach and hop. Flavour is malt, fruit, wheat, spices, yeast, little orange peel, peach, medium sweet, earthy and medium bitter.

33cl Bottle at Gollem Amstelstraat. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, coreander seed, light hoppy, citrus, sweet malts. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, spicy, light hoppy, citrus. Light to medium-bodied. Boring and sweet saison.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, tropical fruits, fruit yoghurt, grapefruit. Bitter flavour, malts, tropical fruits. Bitter finish, yeast and malts. Not your typical Saison, feels like it is a hybrid with American IPA. I quite like it though.

On tap @ Borefts 2014. A cloudy straw yellow golden looking one this, with a small lacing quickly sidesticking bright white head. On the nose it has lots of nice citric tones. Grapefruit peel, brett, saison yeast and hay. Quite a fine aroma indeed. Refreshing flavors also. Wheat and hay combined with lots of nice zingy citrus peel. Mainly clementine, also some grapefruit. Feels thick oily in the mouth and it's comfortably carbonated with a soft prickling carbonation. Some bitter grass also here. Yet another one I could drink lots of. 27.09.2014

Keg at BBF 6, 27/09/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is tangy citric rinds, peach, apricot, spice, grassy notes. Taste comprises tangerine, light spice, apricot, earthy notes, tangy citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid saison.

Tap at Borefts 2014. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin whispy white head. The aroma is yeast zesty citrus. The flavour is acid citrus with a mineral earthy alcoholic bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
