Bouteille 33cl @ Beer for Bunnies, BB 30-06-2014, lot# L3253. Dorée-orangée trouble, col blanc cassé crémeux. Arôme levure belge typique saison le tout étant très prenant. Bouquet de grains concassés sur un bouquet généreux de houblons nobles et qcq agrumes. Palais est houblonné amer sur un profil levure belge. Fini sec, seigle avec une petite rondeur rappelant l’avoine. Le tout offrant un profil épicé. Léger côté houblonné d’agrumes et d’aiguilles de pin. Bière complexe entre un classique belge de saison relevé par des grains et un houblonné plus américain.

330ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with average, foamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity aroma has notes of apple, pear, hints of mango, a minimally bready, floral yeasty touch. Taste is is initially fruity, slightly floral yeasty, later more bitter herbal hoppy, minimally peppery spicy; prickling carbonation.

Very hazy gold beer with a good white head. Softish and dry palate. Minerally carbonation. Creamy malt, airy and slightly dry. Nice floral burst with mild violets. Little spice. Orange and tangerine. Dry finish with more spice. Tinned peach aftertaste. A little dry but nut nice floral and fruity flavours.

Pours gold with a large, fading head.Nose shows potent farmhouse/saison yeast, soft light malt, floral hops and some pear and apple notes.More strong saison yeast in the flavours, along with the soft sweet light malt. Less of the fruit.Carbonation feels just a little excessive.

[10/18/13] Draught at Eurhop Beer Festival 2013 in Rome. Hazy yellow. Nice aroma of floral and citric hops and some fruity esters. Flavor of floral and citric hops, floral and slightly earthy yeast and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Refreshing.

Shared bottle with benzai @ his home. Hazy pale yellow with a full sized white head. Smells some Belgian yeast, some hops, apricot, mango, sweet, some mint. Tastes slightly sour, fresh, some belgian yeast, some orange peel, fruity, mango, apricot, bitter. Nice beer. Medium body, quite heavy but nice carbo. I’m starting to really like this brewery.

Bottle shared by Dutchdrebus. Clear yellow color, full sized white head. Smell malts, citrussy, funky, yeasty. Taste lightly malts, yeasty, funky, sharp orangepeel, bitter. Medium body and carbonation.

Hazy blond. Aroma of of bitter citrus peel. Flavour has similar citrus. It’s very bitter and has lots of fruity sweetness. It’s a bit out of balance.
