75c bottle from Sandersput, Ninove. Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, foamy, white head; little lacing. Fresh aroma of banana, lemon zest, orange peel, coriander, white bread, wheat, apple (cake), baker's yeast, honey. It tastes medium wheaty sour, with a fruity back (apple & banana), and light spicy bitter, a bit yeasty & bready. Dry, grassy hoppy finish, spicy & yeasty. Medium body, slick ('wheaty') texture, lively carbonation. Quite the enjoyable Witbier - that's saying something, methinks!
