Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of straw, wheat bread, mild lemony aspect. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with mellow warmth, melon, white grape, angel food cake, wheat bread. Nice stuff. Good depth.

75c bottle from Sandersput, Ninove. Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, foamy, white head; little lacing. Fresh aroma of banana, lemon zest, orange peel, coriander, white bread, wheat, apple (cake), baker's yeast, honey. It tastes medium wheaty sour, with a fruity back (apple & banana), and light spicy bitter, a bit yeasty & bready. Dry, grassy hoppy finish, spicy & yeasty. Medium body, slick ('wheaty') texture, lively carbonation. Quite the enjoyable Witbier - that's saying something, methinks!
