Bouteille 33cl, BB 03/2016. Brune foncée, col épais jaunâtre disparaissant vite. Arôme est malté, cara-grillé sur un bouquet acidulé prononcé. Fruité noir, léger boisé. Palais malté grillé, caramel, léger biscuité avec une signature levure typique de Morpheus. Acidulé fort présent avec un côté fruité noir avec notamment des cerises noires, léger sucre brun en balance, le tout conserve une certaine acidité mais pas forcement dans le bon sens du terme.

33cl bottle from Reading BF 2014 and drunk at home. Very dark brown colour with thick thick dark beige head. Massively carbonated, I had to decant 3 times just to get it into one glass. Dark red wine fruity sour aroma. Plums and damsons. Wow that it rather lovely. A good properly sour strong dark beer. Lovely sour dark cherry dark plum flavour. Rather lovely.

Bottle. Hazy deep brown liquid with small off-white head. Aroma of red berries, wood, light vinegar, toffee, red wine and apples. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of red berries, apples, wood, red wine and apples. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Quite nice.

Bottle sampled at De Molen 2nd Tuesday Tasting. Pours clear brown with no head. Aroma of tart red fruits, vinous aspects, light funk. Flavor is light heavy acidic and moderate sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ benzai. Murky red brown colour with a huge light brown head that doesn’t last. Smells pretty horrible. Gave me goosebumps. Can’t describe it well. Tastes sour, vinnegar, slightly minty. Too much carbo, medium body.

Bottle shared by Joes @ weekly tasting. Dark red color, huge fizzy beige head that diminishes instantly. Smell and taste sourness, yuk and vinegar. Oh this is crap, not kidding. Ok I must admit, it gets better after a few sips but it’s still not very good. Maybe for sour lovers, but not for me that’s for sure.
