"Sigma" von Alvinne, 8 %, Stubbi-Fläschchen von Belgoshop.de, 26.6.2026. - Schwarzbraun, dünne Schaumdecke. - In der Nase weinige Aromen über feinem Röstmalz, Bitterschokolade, trockener Rotwein, zarte Balsamico-Säure, Tannine, durchaus elegant. - Im Antrunk eigenartige, nicht recht harmonische Mischung von Bitterschokolade, Balsamico-Essig, Kaffeesäure, Rotwein und Holz, die bald auf säuerliche Bittere mit leiser Schärfe zusammenschnurrt. Dünne Malzbasis, nur verhaltene Süße. Milder rezent, fast schlank. Leise holzig hopfenherb klingt es aus. - Exzentrische Kreation, der irgendwo das verbindende Etwas fehlt.

Thinnish body, low carbo. Med sourness, med-light acetic. Med-light dark fruits. Little else going on, pretty basic. Good but not great.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma nocciola fine persistente, color mogano/marrone intenso, al naso subito aceto balsamico vino Porto leggero cacao, in bocca aceto balsamico vino Porto frutta rossa leggero vaniglia, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, acida, amaro moderato. Attacco pungente che si smorza con la dolcezza. Avvolgente equilibrata. Ottima. c. 1001birre.it 29.08.28

Bottle shared with Nari and Gabor Gábor (8% ABV version). Pours dark copper with a reddish hue and an off-white head. Nose is pretty held back, showing some funk and acetic acid, a touch of dried fruits perhaps. Taste is also rather moderate intensity-wise, and it shows funk, dried fruits, faint dark malts and a weird stale barnyard character. Without any major flaws but also quite forgetable.

Aroma of tart berries, dark fruits, dusty caramel malt, funky yeast. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate sour. Surprisingly easily drinkable for a 10%. Enjoyable brew.

Avec une acidité quelque peu poussée, cette bière n'est très clairement pas faite pour moi....Les amateurs du genre devraient toutefois trouver leur bonheur car les arômes sont là . En verre nous sommes sur un brun limpide avec quasiment pas d'effervescence ou de mousse. Le nez est sur un cocktail de vinaigre balsamique, de vinaigre de vin, de caramel et de chêne avec une pointe de chocolat. En bouche, cette Sigma ressemble à une Oud Bruin bien acide. Les arômes présents au nez se retrouvent avec une complexité honorable. Mais personnellement je trouve que l'acidité trop marquée les gâchent et ne permettent pas qu'ils se développent correctement. A noter que mon exemplaire titrait à 8 %.
