(Draught at Nüetnigenough, Brussels, 20 Oct 2023) Reddish brown colour with brief, beige head. Fruity, funky nose with red fruit, vinegar and wood. Fruity, tart taste with notes of red fruit, vinegar, redcurrant, red wine and a tart finish with low bitterness. Almost full body, with a touch of sweetness. Rich and tasty, with a generous acidity. Very nice.

Bottle, 8% in celebration of King Frederik X's ascension to the throne. Raisin aroma, dark dried fruits on an acidic background. Clear dark brown colour. Perhaps chestnut. Perhaps reddish. Very small frothy white head. The flavour is acidic with fruit notes. Sweet and citric at the same time in good balance. The flavour is more acidic and less fruity/complex than the aroma. Metal finish. Thin mouthfeel.

Tap at Nüetnigenough, Bruxelles, Belgium. Pours reddish brown, with no foam. Aroma is funky, barrel, fruity. Body and carbonation are average. Some astringency, but delicate. Taste is medium sour. Final is fairly short.

Bottle shared by John, thanks! Pours a hazy dirty amber with a tan head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and sour cherry with a slight oaky note underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and sorry cherry with a hint of cookie underlying.

Clear brownish color and a tan head. Tart fruity nose, red berries, plum, faint acidic. Sour-acidic start, less fruity than expected, more gooseberry and cassis, fruity sour finish, rather short.
