33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #70: BBE 04/2016
Aroma has funky yeasty tones, some grass and fruits. Also fruit candy. Feels fresh. Rather foamy palate. Flavour has minerals, some yeast, fruits and vichy-like elements. Aroma was rich and promising, flavour then is a bit straightforward and even slightly watery. Not as hoppy as I expected by the label. Some grassy hops are present though and they do get stronger towards the end of the glass. Refreshing.

A light lemon colour, a head is white and big, slightly soapy, strong bubbling. Aroma has lemon, spices, fruitness, some flowers and earthy sourness, fresh. Taste has lemon and citrusfruits, spicyness and sourness, flowery hoppyness is medium, quite dry. Light+ bodied and easy to drink, strong carbonation. Nicely aromatic beer, very refreshning.

Bottle. Fresh, flowery and sweet saison that lacks that certain dryness or bitterness in the end.

Clear metallic golden beer, lively carbonated under a whipped eggwhite-like , snowwhite head. Spicy-yeasty nose, bit other grains; dry spices and grains. Sourish & spicy flavours, both mild. Acidity is aided by the very present, spritzy carbonation. Bit of dry hops, searching well. On the verge of overcarbonation, light body, slight gristslickness. Easily drinkable, but unremarkable.
