Keg at Borefts day1 26/09/2014. Bodegraven. Clouded yellow / straw coloured, small white head. Aroma is floral , parma violet, xitrus and light honey. Flavour is composed of cery dry biscuit malts, saison yeat, orange peel, floral notes, fruity plum. Palate is very dry, a little thin. Refreshing.

Draught @ 6th Borefts Beer Festival 2014, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Birrificio del Ducato Violent Femme ].Unclear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, herbs, yeast, fruity yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, herbs, funky notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140926]

Keg at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, minimal head. Elderflowers, coriander and light citrus up front. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Marzipan, elderflowers and citrus. Medium bitterness. Refreshing summer beer.

[9/27/14] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2014 in Bodegraven. Hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is a bit soapy with yeast, some fruitiness and mild hoppiness. Yeasty and hoppy flavor – citric, floral, a bit spicy, with a mildly bitter finish. Quite light-bodied. Refreshing.

Keg at BBF ’6, 26/09/14. Clear light golden/yellow with a moderate off white covering. Nose is citric peel, straw, grain, pale malt, lemon rind. Taste comprises straw, citric peel, lemon jus, faint grpaefruit, farmyard, simple but all the classic saison tunes are being played to good effect. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent saison fulfils and refreshes.
