The Saint Ginglin Blonde is the Triple’s little sister. It is a part of the tradition of beers of great taste. It’s a top fermented beer, non centrifuged, unfiltered, non pasteurized, refermented in the bottle and thus naturally saturated. A subtle mixture of hops and spices.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is tart citrus with notes of zesty lemon, orange, light creamy malt, touch of yeast. Flavour is tart and sourish, not sure if this is intentional? Body is medium with low carbonation. Seems strange and flawed.

Bottle at home. Hazy light orange color, full sized white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is malts, yeasty. Flavor is tart, sour, seems unintentional and wrong. Infected. Can't drink this at all. Very bad.

Cloudy with floating particles, yellow golden colour, average frothy white head, mostly lasting, good lacing. Light fruity nose, grain, lemon, yeast, herbal notes. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, fruity, light spicy. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, average carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste with a nice spicy bite, bit citrus, light bitter finish, a nice crisp ale.

Bouteille 33 cl achetée au Arden Brew Fest. BB 02/2015.

Bottled (thanks to my parents!). Yellowish golden colour, small white bubbly head. Aroma is mild zest, herbs, grass and some mild wooden notes. Quite mild aroma. Flavour is sweet fruits, mild toffee, yeast and some mild spicyness. Smooth.

Bottle at Craft Beer Clerkenwell thanks to Ian, 09/03/13. Hazed pale blonde with a thin white head. Nose is lemon, yeast, spice, herbal notes, touch of the old fairy lipsquids! Taste comprises lemon, grass, spice, herbs, hint of soap but toned don compared to on the shnozzer. Medium bodied, light spritzyness in the carbonation, dry and crisp finish. Ok.
