The Saint Ginglin Blonde is the Triple’s little sister. It is a part of the tradition of beers of great taste. It’s a top fermented beer, non centrifuged, unfiltered, non pasteurized, refermented in the bottle and thus naturally saturated. A subtle mixture of hops and spices.

Craft Clerkenwell. Bottle thanks to Leighton. Hazy gold beer with a big off white head. Light airy palate. Slightly crisp. Soft malt cream. Light floral notes. Nice light sherbet citrus. Light dry finish.

Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell, London. Thanks to Ian. Pours cloudy yellow with a massive, pure white foam head. Pale doughy malt nose, hay, light flowers. Medium sweet flavor, sugary white bread, some mellow straw bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean finiah, more white bread, light dryness, faint straw and floral hops. Very pleasant, easy-drinking beer.

bottle from saveur-biere.com. Cloudy pale yellow, huge, fluffy white head. Fruity-yeasty aroma. Very lively carbonation. Yeasty-fruity malt flavours with some dry aromatic and bitter hops that seem quite spicy, perhaps due to the lively carbonation.
