Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, grasig, würzig. Geschmack angenehm würzig malzig mit minimaler Bitterkeit im Abgang.

Aroma is quite nutty with some hay and malty notes. Flavour is somewhat ashy with malty notes, some nuts and herbs. Quite nice, reminds me of Stallhagen Sommar!. Not your typical helles.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average to huge, frtohy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Strawy aroma with a grassy touch, pale malty, grainy basis. Taste is strawy, minimally sweet pale malty, late cautious fruity hints of green apple as well as a dry touch of fruit parings, a minimally spicy touch of hay. Relatively spicy Helles.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Pale golden to golden with a stable white foamy layer, clear, shy grainy nose, hops barely detectable; light sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied as well; sweetish-grainy finish. Really bland, where are the Hersbruck hops…

Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops, yeast and grain. Bitter flavour of hops with a subtle touch of malt. Subtle, not unpleasant paperlike finish. Quite ok.

(swing top bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Delicately bready malty aroma with a mildly spicy hoppy touch. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Bready cara-malty taste with a tinge of oak honey and notes of popcorn; moderately sweet and mildly hop bitter finish with a balanced cara-malty touch. Solid. 25.V.13

Dezent herber Beginn mit geringer Süße und mittelstarker Hopfigkeit. Im Mittelteil ist die Herbe schwächer, mild würzig, süffig. Auch im Abgang ist das Bier süffig und bleibt mit der Würzigkeit etwas hinter seinen Möglichkeiten zurück. 9/7/9/7/7/7

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts malty-spicy, modest dry, a bit metallically. Finish milder, less metallically, fine wheaty-spicy. Nice!
