Auch Drachen und andere Fabeltiere haben Durst. Da der Basilisk treu das Wappen von Basel beschützt, hat ihm die Brauerei Fischerstube ein eigenes Bier geschenkt. Das Ueli Basilisk (5,4 % vol.) hat einen betonten Malzkörper, ist naturtrüb und ein Hauch stärker als andere Biere und besticht durch seine schöne Bernsteinfarbe.

Bottle from Drinks of the World Basel. Pours clear golden. Aroma is corny malty dirty macro lager. Body is medium with a low carbonation, showing all the non-spectacular parts of this beer. And it consists mostly of those. Nothing truly bad about it, but also nothing exciting.

13.05.2015 - pours clear amber with a little head and some lacing. aroma: caramel, malts, hay, herbs. sweetish spicy finish.5/3/5/3/10 27.03.2023 - 0.33l bottle from coop. amber. biscuit, dark fruits, some vegetables.

Aus der Flasche schießt das Bier wie ein Vulkan, sehr schlecht! Trübes organgegelbes Bier mit sehr wenig Schaum. Geruch leicht malzig süß, Karamell. Geschmack wässrig malzig süß, leicht würzig. Völlig überteuertes Bier aus der Schweiz.
