On tap at the brewpub. Neutral-frischer, leicht süßlicher Antrunk. Frisch, schön fruchtig-mild. Nicht zu intensiv aber nette tropische Früchte. Tief-mild mit einem durch aus frischen säuerlichen Touch. Frisch wein und lecker, kaum herbe im fruchtig-weichen und frischen Nachgeschmack.

Bottle @ Blesius Garten, Trier. Pours hazy orange amber with very airy off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit and malt, with subtle notes of hops. Sweetish flavour of malt, yeast and fruit, complemented by some faint, bitter hoppy notes. Very low carb. Sweetish, estery afteraste. Nothing really exciting but definitely drinkable.

Look: clear dark amber/brandy with yeast sediment. Light-tan creamy-to-frothy head.
Aroma: sweet, almost vanilla, honey, quince marmalade, subdued zesty hops.
Taste: medium fruitiness, honey, a tad tart, light bitterness, almost no hop flavour, body too thin. Freshness might be a factor.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein bronzefarbenes Bier mit einer schönen Schaumkrone. Der Geruch ist sehr hopfig fruchtig. Geschmack ist fruchtig herb. Ein interessantes Bier!
