Bügelverschlußflasche: Hazy, amber coloured, small off-white foamy layer, moderate sourish-fruity nose with a grainy to caramelly background; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour and light to medium bodied; slightly lingering nutty-caramelly and sourish-fruity finish. (swing top bottle) Hazy, chestnut colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Discreet aroma of banana fruit, ashes and wheat-malt. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Wheaty, banana-fruity and slightly ashy taste with a tinge of cloves underneath; mildly sweet and slightly sour-fruity and wheaty finish. Rather disappointing. 17.VII.13
