Bottle at the brewpub Salzburg Friday 1st November 2024 after a 4-5km walk from our Wohnmobilstellplatz. Pours hazy light with a white head. Decent Dunkelweizen again a touch of tanginess, a hint of banana, bit of breadiness and yeast on the nose. Good mouthfeel, quite good.

Bottle @ Die Weisse, Salzburg. Hazy amber brown with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, caramel and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Soft. 160724

6.2% on keg at the brewpub. Pours unclear deep brown with a beige cap. Sweet-ish, malty, caramel, toffee, some banana esters. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Solid dunkel.

Trübe dunkelbraune Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig mit Banane und etwas Karamell, leicht röstmalzig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle 0.5l in the brewery. Hazy, brownish amber colored. AROMA- toasted cookies, toffee, wheat, vanilla, clove, Hojicha tea. FLAVOR- a bit sweet, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Smooth, sweet and tasty.

50 cl bottle @ Die Weisse, Salzburg. BBE 04.11.2017. Aroma has nice aroma of hopeatoffee candy. Flavour has ripe bananas, toffee candy and mild mineral notes. Very good dunkelweizen.

Brownish-copper, cloudy body, with a big, fluffy, moderately lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of roast, bread, ripe banana, some caramel, spices
Taste is a bit light, with dark bread, some toast banana, orange, some caramel, spices.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bready, medium roasty, spicy, fruity.

Good. Easy to drink, but too light for my taste, quite light bodied. I like dark bread notes though. Overall far from my favourite style example, but still a quite nice beer.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes braunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, röstmalzig, leicht fruchtig würzig. Geschmack hefig, leicht würzig, leicht fruchtig.
