Frische, hell-gelbe Farbe mit goldenen Reflexen und ein schneeweißer, feinporiger Schaum. Zarte Kräuternoten mischen sich mit dem Duft nach frischem Weißbrot und hellen Früchten. Am Gaumen kräftig zupackend, charaktervoll und vollmundig. Die dezente Malz-Süße wird sehr gut durch die elegante Hopfenbittere ausgeglichen, die im Abgang mild und angenehm ausklingt.

Bottle: Golden, stable and smaller white layer; sweetish grainy-dusty nose, bitter edges detectable; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; lemony hops detectable in the slightly drier bitter-sweet finish. O.K., nice Helles.........

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet grainy malt aroma with traces of biscuits and spicy herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, medium, slightly crispy carbonation. Well-balanced malty, slightly grainy and herbal hoppy taste, clean Lager-character; moderately dry and bitter finish with a delicate hoppy note (08.05.08).
